| DESIGN NAME: Cheerful Contented PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Space INSPIRATION: Although the family members have different visions for the future, the design team aspire to create a charming home for the family of three to live happily. Adopt the color scheme of black and gray to bring about a stable and imposing ambiance; skillfully integrate the retro charm and modern simplicity features to make "distinction&qu UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design team exploit home furnishings and color schemes to present the vintage industrial features. Also, thoughtfully utilize clean, crisp lines to sort out the interior finish to lead a sleek modern touch. Contrast yet coordinated designs perfectly satisfy the expectations of the host and hostess. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The original entrance of the master bedroom on the right side of the TV wall faces the bathroom directly, which is a negative feature visually and functionally. The design team re-configure the layout; shift the door to the left side. Moreover, exploit the same hues and materials for the bedroom and living room, and frequently open up the door to create a coordinated situation between the public and private areas. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The design team install snap-together laminate flooring of imitated fair-faced concrete texture and durable features to replace the cement floor favored by the homeowner that guards against cracking problems and achieves the desired color and ambiance. They value the homeowner's request of the spirited theme in design meticulously improve the tonal brightness of the kid's room. And, select cloth materials as leading elements, which can flexibly change the design scheme in the future. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The property is 72.73 square meters. TAGS: Interior Design, Residence, Space Design, CG Design, House RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Instead of exploiting different colors and replacing elements to zoning the public areas, the design team use similar-toned materials and home furnishings to set out varied functional spaces. Plan with the retro and modern styles fond by the homeowners inevitably create a glamorous dwelling that achieves the best consensus. CHALLENGE: The wall between the master bedroom and the living room possesses dual features. The design team arrange the upper part as a wardrobe in the bedroom, while the bottom becomes the TV cabinet in the living room. Effectively utilize the same wall to present the built-in storage design without making excessive cabinets. Ingeniously keep practical function and save space at the same time.
