| DESIGN NAME: Nine Do Headquarter PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: As for its name, "Nine" means prosperity in Chinese tradition, which also encourages the company to take root in the industry and explore further development; at the same time, "Nine" also means moderation. Therefore, one of the brand cultures of NINE DO is to advocate balance between career, life and health, and truly realize the combination of personal value and social value. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The reason why we upgrade our office is to provide all staff with a more comfortable and relaxed working environment. We often change the colors of the office and add more green plants and fitness equipment, hoping everyone can enjoy a slow life and balance their life and work. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In design of an office space, the designers must first fully understand the brand, the culture, the value and the character of the company - just like clothes partly show a person’s spiritual outlook, the office space can also reflect the culture and value of a company and make a unique impression on people. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The entrance is decorated with a wooden artwork, and the logo is presented in the form of irregular blocks, which not only clearly define the interior and exterior spaces but also add some fun and freshness to the space. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Project Area: 1500 square meters TAGS: Office, Firm's Own, Design Firm, Renovation, Office Upgrade RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The design for NINE DO office is based on standardized system and takes account of various demands, creating a well-organized modern working space that encourages communication and innovation. The design greatly improves staff's working experience in the domains of overall planning, movement path details, and leisure pace, it creates a modern office space that facilitates interpersonal communication and brainstorming of designs. CHALLENGE: Taking into account the frequent needs of teamwork, the design focuses on the connection and continuity of different functional areas. Excellent daylighting, standardized office facilities and original ceiling effect contribute to a high-efficiency office space together with the sequential iron and wooden artwork as well as the refreshing green plants.
