| DESIGN NAME: Cindare Xiyue Mansion PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: The overall design utilizes the Chinese slanted roof structure. The exuberant space has progressive layers, with clear, transparent axes, and visual guidance that is both opposite and continuous. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Ancient Chinese literati have long used Tea Culture to summarize their love for nature and humanism, Tea Culture has expressed oriental beauty in a unique gesture. In this project, M Design extracts Tea Culture style and elements for the interior space, creating a venue for sensory pleasure that provides an immersive sales center experience. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Bearing the customer oriented idea in mind for years, the founders who lead M Design and its six sub brands, own a holistic view of macro trend, business perception, humanity connotation and extensive expertise. With deep intellect of art, they provide targeted products to build a new order for space aesthetics. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in September 2019 in Wuhu, Anhui. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The space adopts a classical and simplistic base tone, using a large amount of wooden detailing. The slanted grating ceiling conceals the lintel, so the beamless structure presents a more fluid view. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Project area is 465.4 square meter. TAGS: Sales, Center, Tea, Traditonal, Chinese, Culture, Classic, Simplistic RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The designer put a lot of thoughts into the details, the soft yellow tint lamps, the Chinese ink painting style cushions, especially the touch of turquoise, altogether livens up the space like vivid miniature mountains and lakes, and seeps poetic elements into every corner. CHALLENGE: The overall design adopts the Chinese slanted roof structure. The exuberant space has progressive layers, with clear, transparent axes, and visual guidance that is both opposite and continuous.
