| DESIGN NAME: Kango Dad Funtrip V141 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Baby Car Seat INSPIRATION: Traditional safety car seats are commonly suitable for children of a single stage but not all ages, and their short service lives imperceptibly waste social resources. In addition, the inconvenience of rotation may lead to misoperations. Selecting the round and simplistic shape of eggshell as the prototype, the design team simplifies its installation and rotation, and makes it universally adaptable to children of all ages, meaning the motherlike well-rounded and circumspect care of newborns. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: V141 safety car seat, with 3 installation types, is suitable for children of all ages. Continuous 360-degree rotation allows for simple and safe installation and use for parents. The inclination and rotation of the seat can be adjusted with one hand, which is very convenient. The special ergonomic cushion holds the spine of babies and the double-shell structure effectively reduces the injuries during the impact. Moreover, this product has passed 3C certification of China and the latest ECE R129. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: V141, with a simple eggshell shape and powerful functions, installs easily and avoids misuse. The double-shell structure and material effectively reduce the injuries during the impact. 360-degree rotation adjustment is simple and safe. The inclination and rotation of the seat can be adjusted with one hand, which is very convenient for parents to pick up babies. The elegant eggshell shape means the full care of the little babies. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Kango Dad Funtrip V141 started in June 2020 in Ningbo, China, and finished in August 2021 in Ningbo, and was was launched in Ningbo in August 2021. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The eggshell-shaped case and key parts of the whole body are formed by one-time injection molding process, with its internal double-layer shell formed by blow molding process and supplemented by a high-strength steel structure for anti-collision, heat and pressure resistance. Together with high efficiency energy absorption HDPE, PP and PA, the high-density slow-rebounding sponge pillow safeguards heads and the car seat effectively reduce the damage to the child during the collision of the seat. The second challenge is to operate the reclining and 360-degree rotation with one hand and one key, which makes it convenient for parents to use. Finally, we completed the challenge and designed such a simple and easy-to-use product. And applied for and obtained the patent of the innovation organization.
