| DESIGN NAME: Vanke Violet PRIMARY FUNCTION: Palace Sales Center INSPIRATION: In overall style, Vanke Violet Palace Sales Center follows the modern Chinese pattern, which adopts the simplified design of overlapping, folding beams, to remind people of the 10 mile bustling villages. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In this project, the designer draws the essence from the ancient gardening techniques, and incorporates them with modern residential architecture, to create Chinese garden style works with nature for a harmonious coexistence between space and nature. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In this project,the cultural creation area highlights the life scene, which is a space for sustainable use in the later stage. In addition, The children's area continues the overall atmosphere of the space. The design starts with the happy childhood, and comprises quarters in the themes of parent child book bar, manual area and aquarium. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The cultural creation area highlights the life scene, which is a space for sustainable use in the later stage. The naturally warm solid wooden tables and chairs, and fresh flower art work together to create a comfortable space atmosphere. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Total Area : 825 square meters TAGS: Cultural, SalesCenter, InteriorDesign, Friendly, Book RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In term of the decoration, the Elegant Pine Shade, a painting of artist Zhao Jing, runs through the area, elevating the spatial temperament and creating a sense of time travel. CHALLENGE: In this project, the reception area integrates the essence of thousands of years of traditional Chinese culture, mortise and tenon structure, which achieves the integrity and transparency of space while showing the Chinese aesthetics.
