| DESIGN NAME: Shenyang Simple Luxury PRIMARY FUNCTION: Show Flat INSPIRATION: The space consists of three floors. The open minimalist layout makes the vision wide and the foot traffic smooth. The overall neutral tone allows the space to present more possibilities through the soft outfits. The living room on the first floor has a high ceiling, where the full-sized glass window brings in sufficient light. The decorative lamps, like wind chimes, hang from the ceiling, making the room look even higher. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The owner of the villa, engaged in the luxury goods industry, gives much attention to the art of living. The designer hence takes shaping a high-quality atmosphere, low-profile elegance and taste as the keynote, and incorporates the design concept that "art is a harmony parallel to nature", to create a high-quality residence of modern light luxury style. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The tearoom sits opposite to the bar. The Baxter modern minimalist lines and the tearoom light taste of primitive simplicity produce the beauty of intertwining time and space. The superior leather is precipitated with the traces of time. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in Novmenber 2017 in Shenyang and finished in December 2020 in Shenyang. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The sofa adopts the grayish blue and white colors, leaving a superior sense of simplicity and elegance in a comfortable tone. The Versace tea set and Fendi desk lamp highlight the details. The Steinway piano looks utterly modern. And the Bentley Home adds iconic elegance and delicacy to the dignified space. The living room and dining room adopt a door-free design to break the sense of estrangement. A variety of cold and warm materials, embellished with bright colors, present a multi-layered rhythm. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The walls and floors, with grand ink painting textures, let the neutral tone extend from the living room to the dining room, where the Visionnaire furniture and Fendi vases with a strong sense of modern art, become the focus of the space. The metal, glass and Visionnaire paintings are superimposed to reduce the sense of spatial constraint. The chandelier cuts out a unique and free form in the air. The round carpet echoes the square ceiling, implying the traditional Chinese charm. TAGS: villa, luxury, interior space, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The owners of this case are in the luxury industry, and they have a discerning pursuit of the art of living, therefore, high-quality atmosphere, low-key elegance and taste become the keynote of this project. The design team integrated the design concept of "art is a harmony parallel to nature" into every corner. In order to create a high quality residence with modern light luxury style, the designer used a lot of luxury brand furniture, exquisite chandeliers in an open minimalist layout. CHALLENGE: The difficulty of this case is to combine artistic value and practicality in a limited space, to meet the aesthetic needs of the client while an integration of art into life.
