| DESIGN NAME: Gemdale the Voyager PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office INSPIRATION: Inspired by the collision of modernity and tradition, the project is a blending of ideal and reality, creating an ideal space with a unique and elegant style. The interior design uses modern language to re-interpret the national cultural characteristics so that the overall space turns out to be flexible, elegant, and distinct. The full use of natural light and the catalysis of materials greatly enhance the temperament and beauty of the space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located in Yunnan, a historical city with splendid natural scenery. In order to integrate with nature, the architecture facade is featured with naturalization, modernization, simplicity, and refinement. The whole project is abstracted into a minimalist form, and a glass curtain wall is used to connect the indoor and outdoor, which reflects the beauty of the mutual penetration of modern architecture and nature. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Taking advantage of the open view of the surrounding landscape, the large space must be sensitive and friendly to the environment in terms of color relations, so the cultural elements of sails are adopted in the hall to express the refinement of the local culture. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In order to unify the interior and exterior, the color is integrated with nature. The lake blue and earth color are selected as the palette to achieve a state of harmony with the scenery. The classic beige and dark coffee colors that represent the combination of tradition and fashion are boldly used. Among them, the use of cotton and linen fabrics increases the breath of nature in the space, highlights the dialogue with nature. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: With an area of 980 square meters, the sales office highlights the integration with nature and local culture. Extending the architectural style, the overall interior design adopts curved surfaces and concise lines as the main design elements. TAGS: interior design, sales center, color, material, modern RESEARCH ABSTRACT: With a flexible design, the space changes with historical context and environment. The furnishing is more like a dialogue with nature, with itself, and with life. From the visual color, the sense of touch and the feedback of light and shadow on the object, it is a comprehensive aesthetic experience of life. CHALLENGE: To maximize the transparency of space, the lighting of the floor-to-ceiling glass is designed so that visitors can enjoy the outdoor scenery from any perspective.
