PRIMARY FUNCTION: Marketing Center
INSPIRATION: As Jinan is connected by an efficient and convenient transportation network and the Center is surrounded by plenty of picturesque and idyllic parks, the designers combined modern art techniques with the theme of “sky, purity, low-carbon and health" in the space design of the center to create an immersive visiting experience.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Azure City Marketing Center sits in Jinan, a sprawling city known for its many natural springs in Shandong province of Eastern China. Its overall design, combined with the community living vision of Azure City, sustains the simple yet impressive style so as to create an immersive visiting experience. It also gives people a feeling of closeness and gentleness as well as reflects the low-carbon, green and healthy brand concept of Azure City.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Designers have also given full play to the principles of light flow, reflection and projection to highlight the rhythm of the space, which fits perfectly with the theme of Azure City. The chatting area is not separated from the architectural model area to meet the interaction needs of the two spaces and creates an ethereal visual feeling. The seating area adopts curved sofa elements to blend with the building in a bid to form a harmonious and relaxed conversation space and atmosphere. The space are connected in a smooth and dynamic way, making the visiting experience better. And the building will be transformed into a center of other functions when the sales phase comes to an end.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The essence of the design is to show an high-end feeling through simple color combinations, and the use of light, shadow and decorations in the space. It blurs the boundaries between every area in the building to realize interaction and create an ethereal visual feeling. A shaped metal with smooth lines, simple colors decorates the lobby area to show texture and highlight practical uses. With the passage of light and shadow, the static space becomes more fluid and transparent. A revolving staircase, which considers visitors’ aesthetic, emotional appeal and behavior through the use of curves and straight lines, links the lobby to other areas. The shape of the revolving staircase also resembles a beating musical melody, in which a series of crystal lights fall down, embodying owners' longing for a better life in the future. The ceiling of the architectural model area is installed with light and transparent blue crystal glasses, which adds a bit of dynamism to the space. The center maintains a bright atmosphere full of sunlight and air, in which every person can feel comfortable. The design has shown the brand’s position of being high-end and simple as well as conveyed the vision of life in the future.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Covering a total space of 1,200m2, the Azure City Marketing Center includes a lobby, an art transition area, an architectural model area, a chatting area, etc.
