DESIGN NAME: Blue Frog
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Bar and Restaurant
INSPIRATION: Blue Frog is a western food brand with typical American culture. But the brand image is aging and cannot attract young consumers. Through market research and brand culture analysis, SIG Design extended the concept to: enjoyable,exciting and quality. In order to build an open space that meets many social situations and pass the excitement of 100 shots spirit, a variety of materials, shapes and artworks are utilized to create a quality space.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Blue Frog is providing grilled food and cocktails. The design needs to show modern American cultural features. Create an open and free space to meet different social situations, then consumers can have an enjoyable dining experience. The unique 100 shots culture brings excitement and challenge to customers. Therefore, the bar is the visual center to transmit excitement to the entire space. Various materials, multi-layered shapes and art decoration are adopted to create a high-quality space.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project located in Nanjing IST started in July 2020 and finished in December 2020.

Insights: Young people would like space which can meet their demands of various social situations. The brand has [100shots]wall to make the connection with customers.
CHALLENGE: The shopping mall where the project is located is very crowded and competition is fierce. Competitor shops are located in the upper reaches of the flow, and the cost of store decoration is high. How to attract consumers' attention while strictly controlling costs is a big challenge.
