| DESIGN NAME: Logan TianLangWan PRIMARY FUNCTION: Real Estate Sales Center INSPIRATION: Project is located in zhongshan city, 22 degrees north latitude location make it four spring-like, sunny, gulf islands at the same time also has advantaged resources, these are for the project can't copy the value of the designers decided to as a unique private homes, away from the city blatant, make people relax, temporarily escape reality utopia. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Every inch of the interior space can enjoy the moisture of the sun, and every window can see the beauty of the sky and water blend. When the designer put the design logic of traditional mansion in this space, he hesitated. The complicated decoration, unified color matching and luxurious materials are not the holiday lifestyle required by a Utopia.Therefore, the designer abandoned the conventional design ideas, and followed the concept of "Lees is more" to present a more private space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: 1. Break the fixed color collocation, use color to serve the space and create a real feeling of home.2. Furniture does not have a unified system, but only a unified feeling to create a sense of isolation.3. In order to avoid the rustic feeling that may be brought by comfort, elegant materials are used in the home to create a hidden sense of luxury.4.
