RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The story behind the design is that the owner hoped to create a business for his daughter. The original base was bought many years ago. Due to the international crises and environmental trends, the owner wished to create a wine tasting space in his own country for people in business to purchase. Meanwhile, the spatial is expected to meet the needs of retail and collecting; with the planning through the areas and floors, the retail area, the collection area, the gathering area, the light meal area and the client exclusive guest room, and more areas are created.
CHALLENGE: The space is a three-story building. Considering the need for wine collections and tasting in consideration, besides the thought-through installation of thermal insulation equipment, more attention was paid to the temperature adjustment. Therefore, the designer intentionally set up the liquor collection deep within the space to avoid being exposed under the sun in the west and retain the high quality.
