| DESIGN NAME: Fantasy Factory PRIMARY FUNCTION: Retail Store INSPIRATION: The idea FTY was extracted from factory. F stands for Fair. For large flow of people and rich product categories, the space was planned in the way of a market.T stands for Time. Inspired by the SKY series of photography by ERIC CAHAN, the color is extracted from the color changes of the sky, implying time changes of a day. Y refers to You (customers). To emphasize the relationship between customers and Nayuki Space. Different You in the mirror is extended to the multi-dimensional interactive device. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The fantasy factory of Nayuki is located in Shenzhen, With on-site baking as the core selling point, it integrates tea, retail, IP gifts, and bar sectors to create a multi-functional factory store that provides baking, leisure, tasting, and experience. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in May 2019 in Shenzhen and finished in November 2019 in Shenzhen. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Many market research was carried out about target market and similar retail stores. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Project area is 1100m² TAGS: multifunctional space, factory store, retail, fair, baking RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Type of Research: Market research Research Objectives: different types of factory store, retail store Methodology: desktop survey , site visit Insights: since there are many traits of the brand, we choose 4 traits: rich product categories, big area, full time period, large flow of people to present. CHALLENGE: a.The manufacture and installation of the Bar ceiling. b.How to integrate different functional areas (baking, tea, bar, retail, gift area) in the design and show them in the full-time business model.
