RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Especially the open ice-cream bar at the shopfront. Allowing the restaurant staffs engaging with walk-by customers, not only the ice-cream, customers are more easy to attract with the unique menu. Unlike the shops near-by in the mall, the both sides glass panels allowing natural lights fully filled in the interior space, creating a warm and welcoming space to the customers.
CHALLENGE: The pet-friendly zone, we use the glass panels as divider to the both normal dining and pet-friendly dining areas. Also to solve the hygiene and noise problem to other customers.
