| DESIGN NAME: Shenzhen Longhua PRIMARY FUNCTION: Culture and Sports Center INSPIRATION: How do cultural and sports centers inject the relationship between city and people? ! The spiral of a snail's shell may conceal the secrets of geometry; The wings of a dragonfly can unlock the spirit of human flight... The best moments of nature are found not only in the most remote places, but also in the corners around us. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located in Longhua District, Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province, with a building area of 135,000 square meters, longhua Cultural and Sports Center is the geographic center and the axis of urban development of Shenzhen. Longhua Cultural and Sports Center is a comprehensive cultural and sports center integrating stadium, gymnasium, group center, book city and leisure square. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Movement is exhibition, stillness is accumulation. Static is a kind of filtering, it filters out redundant design techniques and accumulation of design elements, so that the space can obtain a natural and clear environment. Comparing the cultural center to a stage, movement is like performing in front of the stage, and stillness is like preparing behind the stage. The combination of stillness and movement is a wonderful space play. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The design of the project will start in July 2019 in Shenzhen, and the interior design will be completed in April 2020 in Shenzhen. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The wall is made of GRG material, which has high strength, high hardness and good flexibility. It can meet the requirement that the spring can be made into any shape. Terrazzo is used on the ground. It is dust-proof, anti slip, non cracking, non deformation, non combustible, anti-aging, anti-corrosion, non polluting, closely connected, and has good overall appearance. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers an area of 84597 m2, with a total construction area of 144300 m2, including an interior design area of 27000 m2. Peng Xiaohua, the designer, got inspiration from the natural media and built the project into a comprehensive cultural and sports center integrating stadium, gymnasium, group center, book city and leisure square.
