| DESIGN NAME: Cyclamen PRIMARY FUNCTION: Chair INSPIRATION: In the spring season the producte was inspired from the greece mountains and the greens plants and mountain trees, existed many beautiful colored little flowers which are called cyclamen. By observation from every point of view and ιn conclusion special interest was the shape of leaves with the interesting internal development of nerves. The analogy of this image inspired me to design this chair. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Ergonomics and unique Aesthetics. Ergonomic comfortable armchair, consisting of transparent and opaque parts of the construction material which is polycarbonate, with the intention of rendering the form of the leaf of the plant. The final design of this seat is connected to nature.The goal was to create something timeless. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Operation on multiple situations and environments and with nerves on the thicer parts for better durability and comfort. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2015 in April in Greece and finished about in August 2018 in Greece, and was exhibited in multiple Museums and galerie in August 2018. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Production technology is molding transparent polycarbonate and nerves on the thicer parts for better durability. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Dimesions Width 70cm x Depth 43cm x Height 40cm TAGS: nature RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Inspiration from nature and in combination with the activity of producte and interior design as well a teacher in corresponding learning fields. CHALLENGE: The most difficult part of the implementation was the inspiration and the absorption of nature in materials depending on the use of the chair.
