| DESIGN NAME: 20210328 Golden Times PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: Home, to people, is as precious as gold during the epidemic. Gold symbolizes the golden house, while gold and rose gold represent the host and hostess respectively, intertwined and connected in different exotic spaces. a golden house with artistic design style, multinational mix and match beauty, and relaxation everywhere. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A home designed for the male host of a cross-border artist and the hostess of a professional manager who assists the company to go public with artistic design style, multinational mix and match beauty, and relaxation everywhere. Take the male master's studio as the visual focus, use gold and rose gold imitation titanium panels to create luxury, black and gray to create a steady, white to create a spacious and bright mansion atmosphere. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The Buddha hall and guest room with the image of oriental ice cracks, the modern streamlined grille shaped studio, the east and the west reflect each other. An Italian restaurant with mosaic domes, neoclassical chandeliers and marble tables. The European style master bedroom with wall cloth decorated with imitation titanium frame and sofa stretch cloth on the back wall. Like a circular sunroof with sunshine. Designed event screens. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This project started in March 2020 in Chu Pei outside of Taipei city and finished in April 2021. It located at No. 432, Section 2 East, Guangming 6th Road, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County.The residence is located opposite the Zhubei High Speed Rail Auto Show, only a 5-minute walk. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The main construction project of this residence is carpentry, followed by the use of natural stone and large tiles, and the use of wall coverings to shape the foundation of the luxurious residence. In terms of form, thin iron pieces are used as eastern sliding doors and as screens for storing and displaying oil paintings. In the details, the imitation titanium iron pieces are used as decoration, and the metal enamel board is used to shape the atmosphere of the guest room in the Buddha hall. East-style sliding screens are custom-made around the open Buddhist hall to create flexible compartments for guests to stay temporarily. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 84 square meters indoor, with a length of 2027cm and a width of 1840cm and a height of 275cm. rom the original rough house, the ceiling and floor are made of coarse cement, and the water pipes and air-conditioning pipes are exposed. In order to store the oil painting, a public bathroom was knocked out, and it took a year of decoration from scratch to a compartment.
