| DESIGN NAME: Bubble PRIMARY FUNCTION: 3D Printed Photochromic Backpack INSPIRATION: The work is inspired by foam, which is colorless and transparent when there is no sunlight. When bubbles blown by foam float in the air and refraction by sunlight, they will produce colorful changes, which is an interesting natural phenomenon. Designers apply this change to the design of their bags and bags, which will produce different colors under sunlight, bringing different visual experience to users. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This series of works is designed as bags and bags assembled through shoulder straps and zippers after 3D printing of translucent resin materials. Unique photosensitive color bubble shape gives users a novel use experience. In today's market, bags and suitcases have gone beyond their functions, showing the identity and personality of users from all angles. This style takes bubble elements as modeling inspiration, and photosensitive and color changing materials as the main body material. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The design of this bag is based on the elements of fashion, publicity and youth. In the process of using it, the uniqueness of the user will be highlighted. It is very different from the similar and boring design on the market. It brings users a new experience. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in April 2016 in Beijing and finished in August 2018 in Beijing, and was exhibited in Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology in April 2018. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The bags and bags of the series are made of her photosensitive and color changing materials, and the bags and bags are designed by the advanced 3D printing technology, which meets the needs of current users for the popular elements of modeling and color. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: In the printing material, the latest researched resin material is used, and the resin will show different colors under different light.
