| DESIGN NAME: PaMu Nano PRIMARY FUNCTION: TWS Earbuds INSPIRATION: Most of TWS earphones protrude from the outer side causing uncomfortable to wear especially when lying on the side, the exposed part will bring pressure to ears. PaMu Nano develops "invisible in the ear" design through the testing and adjusting of more than 5,000 users' ear data to solve problem as above. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: PaMu Nano develops "invisible in the ear" earbuds tailored for young users and suitable for more scenarios. Design is based on more than 5,000 users' ear data optimization, and finally ensures that most of ears will be comfortable when wearing them, even during lying on your side. The surface of charging case uses special elastic cloth to hide the indicator light through the integrated packaging tech. Magnetic suction helps easy operating. BT5.0 simplifies operation while maintains a fast and stable connection, and aptX codec ensures higher sound quality. IPX6 Water-resistance. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Open the charger and pick up the headphones on the left and right sides to achieve automatic pairing of the headsets at a second speed, simplifying user operations. Bluetooth 5.0 technology ensures a fast and stable connection between the headset and any mobile communication device, while calling different voice assistants. Tap the touch button to answer the call or pause the music. When the headset is out of power or not in use, the charger is automatically charged. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Design optimization from more than 5,000 users' ear data to ensure snugly fit-in and comfortable wearing. Elastic cloth hide the functional indicator light through integrated packaging technology. Wireless charging allows users with more choices in different scenarios. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Size: Width 22mm x Depth 22mm x Height 21mm. The total weight of the product is 53g, earphone 5.05g. TAGS: TWS earbuds, Noise-canceling earbuds, Wireless charger, Invisible in the ear RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In terms of product design, PaMu Nano innovatively develops "Invisible in the ear" which means almost no pressure on the ears even during lying on the side through optimization of hardware and software technologies. The surface of charging case takes use of special elastic cloth to hide the indicator light through the integrated packaging tech. Simplicity while remaining the details, it doesn't affect user's operation. Accurate magnetic suction helps easy operating. CHALLENGE: How to collect and summarize the ear data of thousands of users? How to refine and summarize them into a headphone shape suitable for our target users? Making the headphone more fitting, more comfortable to wear, and the ears will not feel pressure when lying down, these are the first challenge in our product development process. The second challenge is how to bring users more different texture and temperature on the product while ensuring the minimalist design style. So we hide the functional indicator light throught elastic cloth and integrated packaging technology.
