TWS Earbuds

INSPIRATION:
Our design follow the minimalist design concept, reduce unnecessary decoration and packaging materials to save social resources, and use solar energy to mitigate environment’s pressure. Through replaceable personalized accessories, the expression needs of the younger generation of consumers can be partly satisfied. Meanwhile they can develop recognition and belonging in their minority cultural. We also hope that the product can be Sharing, and help users from different age groups to have more communication opportunities and more inclusive understandings between each other. Through users and products, delivering the care of design and the temperature of culture to the society. This is our company's cultural philosophy, and it is also a good wish from our design team.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Pamu Z1 is a versatile set of TWS earbuds, which noise-canceling intensity can reach 40dB. The large-diameter speaker is equipped with a 10mm PEN and titanium-plated composite diaphragm, brings very good performance of deep bass and enhances the noise-canceling effect of low-frequency noise. Six-microphone design brings better active noise-canceling performance. The well-designed structure of front microphone and high-density dust-proof net can effectively filter out most the wind current, significantly reduce the wind noise outdoors. Multi-point touch design of the panel can reduce the pressure on the ear canal by sliding the touch pane, instead of pressing. The customizable and replaceable accessories of storage case meet the personalizedneeds of younger users, which is also shareable and help to promote communications between users .

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Open the charger and pick up the headphones on the left and right sides to achieve automatic pairing of the headsets at a second speed, simplifying user operations. Bluetooth 5.1 technology ensures a fast and stable connection between the headset and any mobile communication device, while calling different voice assistants. Tap the touch panel to answer the call or pause the music. Sliding the touch panel to turn up or turn down music's volume. When the headset is out of power or not in use, the charger can be automatically charged. Users can easily remove the decorating parts on the middle of charger to a more personalized and alternative choice.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project will be released in June 2021 in Xiamen, Fujian Prov., China.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
Product Material: ABS and TPU. Technology: The speakers of earbuds are equipped with 10mm PEN and titanium-plated composite diaphragm, of which noise-canceling intensity can reach 40dB. Six-microphone design brings excellent active noise-canceling performance. Multi-point touch design of the panel can reduce the pressure on the ear canal by sliding the touch pane.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Comfortable to wear, anti-fall off, stable connection and premium sounding are the four most important elements of TWS earphones. By using GRAS artificial ears, AP electroacoustic tester & RF tester etc for constant measurement, prototyping and modification, we integrated Pamu Z1 with Qualcomm BT5.0, LDS antenna laser engraving and dual-mic noise reduction to achive all those features while adding low battery consumption.

CHALLENGE:
In order to meet the user's strong demand for noise reduction intensity, our team spent a lot of time in the research stage to study how to improve the noise reduction intensity. Finally, we developed our Pamu Z1, of which noise reduction can reach 40dB and is ahead of the industry. The large-diameter speaker is equipped with a 10mm PEN and titanium-plated composite diaphragm, brings extraordinary performance of deep bass and enhances the noise-canceling effect of low-frequency noise.
