INSPIRATION:
During the present prefabricated construction, the handling, adjustment and shoving of Alc panels are carried out manually or with simple auxiliary tooling. Thus we designed this robot to solve the large labor intensity of workers, low efficiency, large safety risk and other adverse factors during construction and ensuring the installation quality and quality control.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The pioneered wallpanel installing robot aims at automating such functional demands as grabbing, conveying and adjustment of Alc panels during wallpanel installation. The unique trait of this design is that wallpanels can be installed by robot, while in the current market, especailly in the Chinese market, there is no functional equivalent product or design. This design is practical to the industry.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Through app control, the robot is manipulated and operated to the grasping site. For the Alc panel marked as required, the position of the robot relative to the Alc panel is automatically adjusted through visual identity, and the Alc panel is automatically grabbed and lifted. The panel is manipulated and operated to the open position of panel erection, and the program is able to automatically complete the panel erection after giving instructions. After panel erection, the robot is manipulated and operated to the installation site.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project started in February 2021 in Shenzhen and finished in March 2021 in Shenzhen.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The pioneered wallpanel installing robot aims at automating such functional demands as grabbing, conveying and adjustment of Alc panels during wallpanel installation. Through the set visual Ccd, sensors and built-in algorithms, the position adjustment of Alc panel and wallpanel will be automatically completed for the robot, and the final shoving will be completed.

SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:
The length of the product is 2100mm, the width is 1100mm and the height is 1700mm. The net weight is 750kg. The rated power is 7000watt. The product has 4G techonology, Wifi, bluetooth and other wireless modules, which is able to connect the corresponding intelligent devices.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
In order to solve the large labor intensity of workers, low efficiency, large safety risk and other adverse factors during construction, we developed and designed a new robot which can install wallpanels through app control. The operation deviation is limited in a very small scope which can satisfy the using requirement in the industry. This robot will be a practical product in Chinese market which will imporve the wellness of Chinese workers and efficiency of the whole industry.

CHALLENGE:
In order to make the using process more convenient and the robot adapt to a variety of different environments, sample simulation of the using process needs to be constantly made. To make the robot more lightweight, we also need to make multiple changes of the robot version, and adjust the design accordingly.
