| DESIGN NAME: Cooffice Office Funiture PRIMARY FUNCTION: Multifunctional Workstation INSPIRATION: The semi enclosed desk design allows employees to have better privacy when working in the office. You don't have to worry about being disturbed in your work. A more immersive work environment improves employee productivity. Adjustable workstations increase the flexibility of work. Moreover, flexible adjustment can make communication and cooperation between employees easier. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is a project about the future of office communication and collaboration. When people come back to the office again in large numbers after a pandemic, they will be more eager for an optimized office working mode, and a more healthy, efficient, private, and safe working environment. Co-Office System is an integrated workstation that makes employees' work more immersive and efficient. It also enables privacy and communication between colleagues more flexible. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This is a design based on optimizing the future office system. The future of the office will be more collaborative and flexible. So we aim to help companies and employees create more productive work environments based on their experience. In the future, people can use mobile APP to book their office location according to whom they need to cooperate with within a day, to cooperate and communicate more flexibly. And the desk is designed in different states of use, to ensure that employees have different needs for their work. For example, when employees want to communicate with colleagues around them, they can put down their shields and communicate together. Before the epidemic, people worked in their cubicles, but cluttered desktops and rigid work patterns often left them Mired in inefficiency. The studio of the future is expected to be intelligent, flexible, and secure, while also giving individual employees a space of independent work privacy. 55% of US workers say collaborating with others is harder when working from home. In the old office model, offices were always divided into functional blocks. How can we help them make the office module more dynamic so that employees feel productive? When the company sets up the office layout in the early stage, it needs to spend a lot of energy on the infrastructure construction, the construction of all kinds of infrastructure, and the company's network platform. Both time and money are significant costs. What can we do to help the company cut costs? I conducted some user surveys to find out their demands for the current working environment and their working status, and to get an in-depth understanding of their different needs at work. CHALLENGE: In this design, the most difficult point is that the production cost of this product may be relatively high. When considering the future market launch, it is necessary to consider the cooperation with high-performance computer manufacturers and cloud information service providers. In this way, a complete business ecosystem can be built to help transform the company and help employees become more productive. NAME: chenlong PROFILE: Cooffice is a project about the future of office communication and collaboration. When people come back to the office again in large numbers after a pandemic, they will be more eager for an optimized office working mode, and a more healthy, efficient, private, and safe working environment. Cooffice System is an integrated workstation that makes employees' work more immersive and efficient. It also enables privacy and communication between colleagues more flexible. In the future office layout, each workstation is no longer a person's exclusive position. Everyone can pass their own identity verification and enter the location to work. But it also guarantees the privacy of their files. they can easily use such an office system for efficient work. When they work in such immersive workstations, not being interrupted by the outside world can improve productivity. A more private work environment makes work safer. What's more, the switch from a flexible desk to a flexible desk allows colleagues to communicate more naturally. When a group meeting is held, just drop the soundproof board and the discussion can take place. The lifting design allows office workers to have a more healthy way of working. The sedentary working mode has a negative impact on the body. A flexible and adjustable desk system brings a healthy working style. A more productive office environment means more productive outcomes for society as a whole. Make the company and society better off. Co-operation among colleagues becomes more harmonious. Our office system can also be used from home so that they can also enjoy the freedom to switch between work and home mode when they are working from home. The two-layer Acoustic version uses rubberwood and Acoustic PET surfaces. This clever combination makes office furniture no longer cold but has the feeling of warm furniture. And an internal fabric called Acoustic Pet allows users to stick their own ideas to sticky notes and open their minds. The support part of the workstation uses a sturdy bottom steel structure to make the office more sturdy and durable. Flexible storage space small cabinet, with rollers.
