INSPIRATION:
A monolithic structure, in which the functions of air and light become complementary: in the lower front side of the hob there is in fact a large LED light panel. A strategic light point during food preparation, to be used also as ambient light for the most convivial moments. You can adapt the intensity and color of the LEDs, from cold white to warmer ones (Tune White) to create the perfect atmosphere.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Open Suite is a modular structure that allows you to create a new dimension within the kitchen space, an immediately recognizable industrial style, which gives character to the environment.
Open Suite embodies more functions, not only hood, but also light and a wide choice of shelves, in a modular structure according to your needs. It allows you to create your own version by combining different 80 cm modules, to play with spaces, and recreate geometries and lines according to personal tastes.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
In addition to the ergonomic controls located on the front, it is possible to interact with the Open Suite through Vocal Assistant (Alexa, Google Home) or through the Elica app. A practical and fast tool that, in addition to remotely controlling the lights and extraction, provides feedback on filter maintenance and suggests valuable tips for maintaining the hood at its best.

It took 1 year to fully develop the project and it all took place in Fabriano

SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:
The basic module is 80 cm wide.
All the modules come 150 cm in height and the trellis can be cut at the desired height before the installation.
The user can install as many modules contiguously as her is pleased with.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:

Thanks to the double suction unit and the special Long Life filters (which can be regenerated in the oven for 3 years), Open Suite has been designed to guarantee maximum performance in the filter version and maximum freedom of movement in the kitchen.
CHALLENGE:
Starting from four basic configurations (80 cm or 160 cm wall and 80 cm or 160 cm island) it is possible to integrate additional accessories.
