| DESIGN NAME: Jackery PRIMARY FUNCTION: Solar Panel Set INSPIRATION: The solar panel with outdoor attributes is designed based on the problems of non-waterproof, easy-to-damage, non-portable during outdoor use. It combines the PI style of our brand’s energy storage products, realizing a family design of the products. The product adopts aluminum frame and silicone corner to protect the product, while reducing the weight of the product. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Its photoelectric conversion rate is as high as 24%, and the photovoltaic panel is IP67 waterproof and dustproof.Two or more units can be connected in parallel to charge Jackery's outdoor power supply at the same time, improving the charging speed. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Users can choose suitable photovoltaic panels according to actual needs. The foldable photovoltaic panels also greatly improve its portability. The photovoltaic panels come with a retractable power cord so that users only need to connect it to charge the power source. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2020 in Shenzhen and will finish in October 2021 in Shenzhen. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The product uses integrated molding technology. The product has passed 6 categories of test items, 9 quality test procedures, and complies with UL safety testing standards, coupled with the self-developed BMS battery management system and automatic testing equipment to ensure user safety. It uses ETFE packaging material that has a good performance on weather resistance, and its life span can reach 25-30 years. How to cleverly integrate the bracket, the folding method 2. The storage method of the wire 1. The bracket problem is solved through the technological breakthrough in the structure, so that the bracket can be fixed and rotated in a limited space. 2. In terms of the wire storage problem, we add two wire slots to fix wires. 3. We developed a foldable type, which is more portable.
