| DESIGN NAME: HTE055 Modular PRIMARY FUNCTION: Outdoor Power Supply INSPIRATION: Its design is inspired by the superposition of building blocks. The machine is designed based on the following current situations: the low-power power supply is not enough when using high-power electrical appliances, while the high-power power supply is too bulky when using low-power appliances. Therefore, an outdoor power supply that can double the capacity and power, is needed to meet different demands. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It can connect unlimited units in parallel. One single unit has 1100w power and 1002wh capacity, and the power can be doubled to supply power for high-power electrical equipment through parallel connection.The HTE055 outdoor power supply can be charged with the solar panel, and can supply power for 14 devices at the same time. The power supply is compatible with 99% of common electrical appliances and is suitable for various outdoor environments from -60℃ to 40℃. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: One single machine can be connected with other units infinitely, which is suitable for various scenes such as outing, outdoor work, etc. It is equipped with a high-definition LCD screen and supports solar charging, mains charging, and vehicle charging. Sinusoidal current output is able to protect electrical appliances effectively. It adopts six safety protections and intelligent temperature control to dissipate heat, coupled with the independent switch of output and rubber dust plug, which is safer and more convenient to use. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2020 in Shenzhen and finished in November 2020 in Shenzhen. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Due to the durability, stability and portability of the machine, it uses a 94V-0 fireproof shell, which is wear-resistant, drop-proof, anti-ultraviolet and is resistant to wind and sand. The power supply with built-in electric vehicle-grade power battery has passed the UN38.3 shockproof test and 9 quality inspection, which ensures a stable current output. CHALLENGE: Main challenges: 1, heat dissipation, wind noise, temperature control of inverter 2, Drop reliability 1, We use the intelligent temperature control system to automatically adjust the fan speed, and guiding by the heat dissipation principle of conduction, dissipation and flow, we optimize the layout of the heat sink aluminum sheet, air ducts and other structures to form a cycle, reducing noise and improving heat conduction efficiency. 2. The machine’s self-tapping screws are changed to in-mold injection copper nuts, and the machine is assembled and fastened with screws to solve the problem of drop reliability.
