| DESIGN NAME: Zoina Joy Town PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office INSPIRATION: This case is located in Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang, known as the "City of the Heart of Asia". According to local conditions, the project refines elements such as Tianshan Tianchi, Nanshan Pasture, Silk Road, and extracts international architectural styles to create a marketing center with a modern urban style at the intersection of Henan Road and Changsha Road. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The overall design of the project is based on natural and simple style. Mystery is hidden in the seemingly peaceful space. The sense of ritual starts from the pre-reception space. The interior structure is decorated with warm gray stone and natural texture of logs and metal. The stone reception counter echoes with the art screen, which makes it both natural and flexible. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: There are snow-capped ornaments with a sense of winter Tianchi, as well as glass artworks that are blurred with the charm of time, enveloping the quiet and humanistic atmosphere, and letting the historical style and the fashion sense of the modern city complement each other. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in January 2020 in Wulumuqi and finished in August 2020 in Wulumuqi. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The main materials in this project are marble, wood veneer, stainless steel, leather, wall covering. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 3000 square meters. TAGS: Interior, Commercial, Sales Center, Modern, Simple, Natural, Art RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Cloudy and flowing carpet patterns are laid out in the space, and combined with the streamlined sofa combination, forming a relaxed atmosphere for negotiation. The plain sofa fabric is outlined with curved golden lines, and the dark orange chair back embellishes it. A hint of low-key elegance and tasteful business atmosphere emerges. CHALLENGE: The sand area is spread out horizontally like a Tianchi, and the strip-shaped transparent lighting above it is like ice crystals, blending with the vertical metal lines of the space, and the horizontal and vertical levels are balanced, and the space is full of atmosphere and composure.
