| DESIGN NAME: Crowne Plaza Warsaw HUB PRIMARY FUNCTION: Hotel Interior Design INSPIRATION: The common areas are a reflection of the vibrant city. They are lively, full of colour and eclectic. The interiors feature the motif of the Vistula River, which is a symbol of life, energy, and the power and strength of eternity. Respect for the environment is manifested by references to nature and a conscious choice of finishing materials. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The architects were hired to design the interior of public areas and hotel rooms located in the Crowne Plaza hotel in Warsaw in accordance with the standards of the IHG brand. The design of Crowne Plaza Hotel has been prepared for the Warsaw HUB building in Warsaw, in Wola district. Interior of this hotel is unique cause of combination of gold, wood, marble, green and the emerald fabric. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This project is symbol of nature with space which giving the space, a relaxed feel, in tune with nature. In the project were used acoustic materials with good sound absortion parameters. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: On the ground floor, there is the hotel's entrance area - a lobby and lounge with a central bar. The bar is the focal point, a meeting place for people. To emphasize its importance, a hanging copper structure has been designed over the bar counter, with greenery vines and lighting fixtures hanging down from it. The first floor is occupied by rooms and a restaurant. The restaurant is a combination of gold, wood, green and the emerald fabric of the sofas. The golden plates forming the acoustic ceiling and give the space a distinctive character. The top floor contains suites, a fitness gym and a bar. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Common areas project - 1385 sqm. Hotels room project - 7877 sqm. The interiors are full of textures and colors and are a symbol of the bustling Vistula River and vibrant city. CHALLENGE: The hardest part of the project was how to find an intriguing idea to create an interior for a hotel located in the center of a bustling city.
