| DESIGN NAME: Dexin Xianlin Zhigu PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: The inspiration is to connect natural ecology and space, and integrate art and life. Art lacquer paint is used on a large area of the project. Because of the limited daylight in our space, the building model display area uses acrylic lights to create an atmosphere. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project integrates the artistic imagination of spatial structure with natural objects. Based on the structure of architecture, the interior design of the project uses light and shadow to echo with the architectural appearance. With the spatial artistic conception from generation to sublimation, it completes an aesthetic concept between the technical level and the artistic level. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project is located in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China. It takes about two months to finish the construction. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The project used several materials, such as art paint, frosted acrylic, Jenny grey stone, man-made stone and luminous lamp film. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers an area of 750 square meter. TAGS: Nanjing City, modern, minimalism, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The project makes research of the traditional architectural culture in Nanjing City, the design trend of the oriental culture as well as integration of it with modern culture nowadays. CHALLENGE: It is important for designers to have an overall understanding of the local culture before initiating the design. Designers spent a large amount of time to study the culture and characteristics in Nanjing City.
