| DESIGN NAME: QR Coder PRIMARY FUNCTION: Stamp INSPIRATION: We got our inspiration from QR codes. QR coder is widely used in modern life. Our motivation was to look for other scenarios where QR codes could be used. We combine the two-dimensional code and the seal together, and realize the two-dimensional code seal through connecting Bluetooth. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The most distinctive feature of this product is that it is an electronic QR code seal. It was inspired by traditional seals and QR codes. With the application of two-dimensional code more and more scenarios, and two-dimensional code can carry more information characteristics. This project is combined these features to create this design. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Long press the top switch when using it, and QR coder can connect to the mobile phone through Bluetooth. Edit the required QR code on the mobile phone, and then send the information to QR coder through Bluetooth function. The bottom of it generates a QR code like this. Finally, open the seal box and press QR coder forcefully to seal the two-dimensional code. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in September 2020 in Milan and finished in February 2021 in that place, and was exhibited in China in February 2021. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Its base is made of ABS, and the heat conduction is slow enough to keep the user from feeling cold. ABS material has strong impact resistance, scratch resistance, dimensional stability, and other characteristics, at the same time both moisture-proof, corrosion resistance, easy processing, and other characteristics. ABS material is also very environmental protection, because of the use of environmental chemicals, so there is no toxicity and no smell, but also to electrical insulation, is a very safe material. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: length 2cm x Width 2cm x Height 5cm TAGS: Stamp, QR code, Convenience, Stationery, Bluetooth, Modern RESEARCH ABSTRACT: QR code has the characteristics of large storage, high confidentiality, high tracking, strong damage resistance, large backup, low cost and so on. These characteristics are especially suitable for forms, security and confidentiality, tracking, license, inventory, data backup, etc. With the increasing application of two-dimensional code, the market of two-dimensional code peripheral products is also growing. CHALLENGE: This is an innovative design with a complex internal structure, and the machining qualification rate is the biggest challenge encountered by this project.
