| DESIGN NAME: Chuangze PRIMARY FUNCTION: Intelligent Disinfection Robot INSPIRATION: Highly infectious COVID-19 has raised awareness on the necessity of disinfection in public places. Chuangze Intelligent Disinfection Robot enables efficient, convenient and low-cost disinfection in such places. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Chuangze Intelligent Disinfection Robot is an autonomous mobile intelligent disinfection robot for use in public places. It can disinfect the environment in an all-round way with its plasma air purification module, surround UV lamp and ground disinfection module, achieving a disinfection rate of 99.9%. It also features face recognition and body temperature measurement modules to accommodate the disinfection needs of such public places as hospitals and hotels. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: By backend setting of disinfection mode, time and location, it can move to the workplace through autonomously-planned paths to carry out disinfection tasks as per the set mode. It enables human-machine cooperation and unmanned disinfection modes by combining human-sensing device, which intelligently turns off the UV lamp when detecting people entry. It can also deliver knowledge on epidemic prevention by combining AI and in-depth learning-based natural language processing technology. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This project commenced and ended in Rizhao, Shandong Province in February 2020 and August 2020 respectively, and was exhibited at Gansu Smart Manufacturing Production-Supply-Marketing Matchmaking and Launch of New Chuangze Smart Robot in September 2020. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: With PC and ABS injection molding for the outer shell and sheet metal and harmless spraying process for the interior, the product has been optimized several times to ensure its fast assembly and solid main structure. Moreover, it has a specially considered chassis counterweight that guarantees smooth operation, and the ground disinfection module is made of PA material that is not easily corroded to ensure convenient maintenance. Process: Prototypes are manufactured and tested repeatedly to improve the products practicality and aesthetics, thereby ensuring harmless and efficient application of the product for disinfection in public places. CHALLENGE: Our biggest challenge lies in ensuring the universality and operation efficiency of the product, making it versatile and complying with the international standards for hospitals and related public indoor environment.
