PRIMARY FUNCTION: Alcoholic Beverage Packaging
INSPIRATION: Zhang Qian's mission to the Western Regions had introduced wine into China, also witnessed the prosperous period of China and integrated into Chinese civilization. People inherently recognize that wine is a symbol of the West, and this recognition gives wine a sense of distance from the East. We reshape wine in the way of Chinese fashion, and create an oriental era of wine with cultural confidence and continuous innovation.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Lantern, the most representative shape in China, its auspicious meaning and festive shape have long been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and it has become a symbol of Chinese culture. While design is an art that travels time and space, expressing meaning with form.Designers want to express the beauty of Chinese culture from the contemporary perspective. By reinventing "Deng long" while boldly adopting new Chinese elements, making it more oriental charm and novel.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: From the bottle shape to the gift box, it is leaded by brand culture. The bottle shape evolved from lanterns. It not only deconstructs rationally, but also gives people a beautiful visual enjoyment. The bottle cap embellishes the entire design with exquisite Chinese window flower patterns, which makes the whole design owns more rhythm and specificity. Taking inspiration from the Chinese lantern culture, which means prosperity and celebration, and starting from the unique creativity of the brand, designers create a "classic" wine that walks with the time and space.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Chinese aesthetics are strong and profound. Designers finally leveraged the auspicious culture of Chinese lanterns to create a wine with new oriental aesthetics, which broke the inherent perception of consumers and became an existence value that cannot be ignored in the market, also a time and space aesthetic travel.
CHALLENGE: The inherent perception of wine among consumers is an imported,elegant and dignified product. While confusion is the starting point for our understanding of the world, searching is the process by which we change the world. Everyone is looking for their own answers. In fact, the answers are all around us, and we ignore them. To discover the beauty of "oneself" and seek the wine of New Oriental Aesthetics.
