PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office
INSPIRATION: As traditional boundaries and original rules have been broken, people expect innovations, enjoyments in their lives, where it is best to trigger our desire to explore. In such a demand, we also infuse science and technology into the design in order to show a visual novelty and style. In this case, the design of Leshang takes the Wuxiang IP of Nanning Vanke as the central carrier and integrates it into the space to create a new U-life experience center of leisure and fashion.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The lobby in front of the main gate is a complex of several geometric acrylic shapes. In order to reveal a beautiful picture of the city life, it was created to resemble the skyline of Nanning city and to combine the culture and the landscape. The flower shop at the entrance reduces the crudeness of selling space. As a necessary to a beautiful life and a gift of the nature, flowers have since become a necessary for a quality life.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Simple material was used for the overall hard decoration such as warm-wooden color, gray waterstone, vintage flooring. Coffee, baking and children's areas are set up on the first floor to render the overall business atmosphere of the premises and to make it less of a sales office. The model area, negotiation area and sample room are set on the second floor to make good use of daylighting and enhance the visual penetration of the space.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in Shanghai in August 2020 and will be completed in Nanning in December 2020.

The leisure area upstairs extends the gentleness of the main area. The picture of the family of the little elephant and the decorations at the sofa area express the artistry with lines and figures and explore the vitality in a static structure.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Emerging into the daily life, the sales office is located in between of the flower shop and the light food shop to create a home-like impression. When the mellow smell of coffee, the sweet smell of baking and the fragrance of flowers and plants collide, we integrate a beautiful life into the sales space, the entrance is in the shape of historical Nanning architectural form which is extracted from the expression of local architectural elements.
CHALLENGE: Simple material was used for the overall hard decoration such as warm-wooden color, gray waterstone, vintage flooring. The comparison of the texture and the material shows the layers of the space.
