| DESIGN NAME: Fuzhou Zhimu PRIMARY FUNCTION: Spa INSPIRATION: This project is located in Fuzhou, a sub-tropical region of China. It is an ancient city with a history and culture of thousands of years. People here love tea and bamboo. The combination of bamboo and tea washes away the magnificence and prosperity of the city, and makes a floating world quiet and peaceful. This is also the original vision of the designer, and creates an aesthetic hidden trip for people under the pressure of urban life. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: There is a natural landscape in front of the front door, which is full of ecological design. Guests need to walk through a rectangular block on entry. In front of the door landscape, the ritual design of the long path is to let the guests gradually forget the noisy outside world, and come to the quiet, sheltered hidden way of the field. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The design and natural balance between space and people, so that guests forget all fatigue, in the quiet atmosphere to add a natural interest "quiet as water, quietly elegant and peaceful". PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The original stone, wood and metal in the reception area are controlled in the same color system to give the space an immersive experience, and the visual focus is completely on a lifelike bamboo painting swaying in the fog, where people can enjoy the unique experience of the bamboo forest in the fog exploring mountain. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 2361 square meters. TAGS: Interior, Commercial, Spa, Modern, Natural, Fuzhou, Zhimu, Quiet RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The project is located in an office building, which has different requirements for fire protection, HVAC and other sites, which is also the content of repeated butt adjustment in the initial stage of the construction process. Whether there will be incompatibility between equipment due to technical problems, and how the ceiling equipment in the ceiling will not affect the space modeling, we will discuss a better treatment method to avoid the mistakes in the construction project together with the weekly meeting of the whole staff. This method of work was continued until the completion. CHALLENGE: The project was selected on the third floor of an office building. In order to ensure the brand communication and user experience, the entrance of the first floor of the building was used to highlight the balance between the design sense and the interior of the mall. The design scheme was deliberated repeatedly and finally approved by the sixth draft of the office building and the design effect was achieved.
