| DESIGN NAME: Bocui Futur PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office INSPIRATION: The relationship between humans and the natural environment is contradictory. Although humans have destroyed the balance of natural ecology, they have also created a new balance. The continuous development of ecological balance has also created the co-prosperity and symbiosis between mankind and nature. The starting point of this project is to show the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design of Jinke Chongqing Bocui Future Marketing Center takes nature as the design starting point, combines spatial aesthetics and multiple thinking, uses curve design to interpret different states in the development of life, depicts the future life of "all things growing", and creates a natural space that blends ecology and art, and takes both leisure and relaxation into consideration. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This project is mainly to make people rethink the meaning of life, imagine what life will look like in the future, and make people look forward to realizing the purpose of house sales. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project will start in Chongqing, China in March 2020, will be completed in Chongqing, China in October 2020, and will be exhibited to everyone in October 2020. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: During the construction of this project, as far as possible use of environmental materials, such as environmental paint. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The area of this project is 1100 square meters.
