| DESIGN NAME: Shiny Meadow A2 Pet Crystal Drill Bottle PRIMARY FUNCTION: Milk Package INSPIRATION: The design is inspired by the Ice flower and is associated with the whole cold chain of the fresh milk. Ice flower represents purity, meaning that every drop of A2-β casein in the product is fresh、pure and good quality. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The overall appearance design adheres to surpassing oneself and breaks through the traditional fresh milk packaging shape. The bottle shape resembling a milk drop and the creative structure of ice flower shape, cleverly displayed in all directions surrounded by 6-sections, make the crystal bottle as translucent as a crystal diamond under the refraction of light from different directions, and then match the deep concave and convex blow bottle. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: -Design material: The bottle body uses recyclable PET material, which is environmentally friendly and healthy; -Design finishing: 1.To achieve a high translucent glass texture, the wall thickness needs to be greater than 0.48mm, and the mold needs to be specifically polished. 2.Secondly, the pressure during the mold opening process must reach 28kg. in order to make the ice flower pattern on the bottle more angular. At the same time, the blowing time and cooling shrinkage time are also crucial to the overall effect. 3.Thirdly, to ensure that the bottle body is intact and not scratched by abrasion, it has to use a rotary machine instead of a linear machine for production. 4.Last not the least, the ice flower elements on the label are made of cold-stamped silver, which makes the ice flower looming under the light, give people's deeper perceptual for packaging space also bring more trying and iron to make a nice visual effect. Through product bottle shape survey and consumer preference，we would like to urge consumers to purchase our products. Online survey 300 research participants Through the research, the results show that Crystal Drill Bottle is simply and premium and could be associated with diamond in consumers’ mind. Food safety is the most significant point for consumers to make purchasing. CHALLENGE: The biggest challenge in the entire design process is to perfectly present the design inspiration and design finishing. which not only shows the characteristics of the product, but also takes into account the needs of the actual output. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly twist the details of the design, in order to find the balance between design and production. Second, the production is also a challenge for this project. In order to ensure that the ice flower structure can be sharp, this is a great test for the pressure and the length of the blowing time during blowing. It requires constant pressure adjustment and the length of time to reach the perfect bottle body. On the other hand, in order to ensure that the bottle body is not scratched and worn, a rotating machine must be used for production operations, which is also a certain challenge for the production equipment; The last challenge comes from the label labeling. While cold stamping, it is very important to grasp the background texture of the ice flower. It not only prevents the theme text from being robbed, but also allows the ice flower to faintly flash matte silver under the light. This is more difficult to present in the labeling process.
