| DESIGN NAME: La Bella PRIMARY FUNCTION: Show House INSPIRATION: This project targets on the purser that is looking for timeless and long-lasting interior design, which is neither restricted nor affected by the passage of time. Modern Classic Design is the right combination that is capable of classic design detail but also has a touch of minimalist style. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The main concept of this design is to create a luxurious atmosphere and at the same time maintaining all the comfort of a modern and classic environment. Diagonal false ceiling give a taste of modern style mixed with the marble portal as the feature in foyer. Modern luxury furniture like Fendi and Visionnaire are widely used in the house. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Interior design is like a fashion that can be a trend of the moment or it can be forever lasting. Mixture of modern and classic detail could make a design remarkable yet escape from the time stream. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Modern Classic style includes the characteristic of Victorian design but in a more simplicity way. Most chosen colors for this design is beige, gray, silver and black. Ceiling molding and wall panel with trim is used throughout the entire house. Extravagant fabrics such as velvet, silk, and expensive leather are used to give a elegant and sophisticated look. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This is a 8000sq.ft 2-story house. TAGS: modern classic, sea view, elegant, luxury furniture, deluxe RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Luxury interior design is able to inspire and to bring personality to various design styles, with the help of sophisticated materials and decadent detailing could bring the feeling of elegance. In this project, beige color marble flooring and portal is the important ingredient of all, that giving the taste of classic. Using different extravagance fabric on furniture and furnishing to create the deluxe atmosphere. CHALLENGE: The feature of living room is the highest ceiling with the largest window among the house. Designer used a modern style pendant lamp to match with the furniture in simple style. By using dark color curtain to highlight the luxurious furniture and reflect the natural sunlight into the room.
