| DESIGN NAME: Avalanche PRIMARY FUNCTION: Surfacing Solution INSPIRATION: Avalanche quartz surface is the new interpretation of natural onyx stone,which inspires translucent appearance to illuminating interior places. It is possible to create lighted areas in your kitchen,bathroom,oth UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Its innovation derives from the natural onyx stone look. Transparency of the surface and usability of it as a lighting unit, makes it new in the market and unique. It is also a product that we believe it will enhance the Belenco brand recognition in the market and by the end users. By its long veins, it suits the latest trends and be ahead of its competitors with the onyx looking effect. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Natural quartz minerals and resin composed in mixers. The mixture transport directly to distribution unit. Vein effect unit gives a marble look pattern. Mixture go to the vibration press under vacuum and pressed. The slab shaped to length of 310 cm and the width of 152 cm and the thickness of 20 cm, cured at the oven, polished with diamond abrasives to give them higher glosses finishes and final quality control area separated the slabs to their quality and pick up glossy surface face to face, bundled and transport to the clients. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The Avalanche Project started at 2020 in Belenco research and development laboratory pilot plant, start up in 2020 at the production and exhibited to the market at 2021. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Quartz engineered stones are aesthetical components for kitchens, bathrooms, wall & floor coverings. Avalanche is made by Belenco with the latest high technology engineered stone fully automatic robotic producing lines to serve the interior designer more sustainable natural look compound stones.
