INSPIRATION:
The inspiration is lifestyle of young generations in Chengdu. The target group who are young and successful dare to show the personalities and attitudes as well as their interests with their ideal way. The complex demonstration of interior design contains bold and obvious identity like personal interests，while emphasis characteristic element with color tone as a clue to unify the whole space. The interior is to tell all about the person who lives in the space.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The showflat is located in the heart area of Chengdu, the stage for young generations to show their attitude on lifestyle, personality and interests. Fashion forward, edgy, bold, interior decorations are the key items when designing this space. The theme of this showflat is “fast and furious”which obviously shows the imaginary residence was a young man.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The designer chose a calm tone and embellished with caramel brown for curvy furniture settings which have strong scent on motor mechanics to collaborate with the marble floor and geometric details on the white wall thus make the whole space filled with passion and logic.

The showflat is 70 square meters

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Chengdu is an energetic city with inclusiveness, this space is designed for “new money”, those who were young and successful, and expecting friends fairly often so they could share interest and have fun together.
The Louis Vitton deck chair used in the living room is designed based on the concept of travelers’case, on one hand it’s a reflection of income level of the target group, on the other hand it also reflects the lifestyle and attitude of the target group of this apartment.
CHALLENGE:
The challenge was to combine both young and fresh boldness with tasteful details of elegancy.
