| DESIGN NAME: Shanghai Yuemao Mansion PRIMARY FUNCTION: Model Room INSPIRATION: In the design of the passageway, the designer to metaphorical visual expression, the street lane of the city shade and Ancient Wood Jiagao "moved into" indoor. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: PK Proferties Shanghai Yuemao Mansion is located in Juyuan new district, Jiading District, Shanghai. The sample room of the project is small in size. The main room type is around 80-90 square meters, to interpret the standards of the metropolis elite. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project began in Shanghai in March 2020 ，and was completed in Shanghai in September2020 FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Plain Wallpaper, Sun Board, metal inlay, gray tiles, beige marble. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 80㎡/90㎡ TAGS: Straight line RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The inspiration for the design came from the building's material, the Resin Sun Plate. In the design as far as possible the linear element reuse, simplifies the technique, the material in the small space. Preserve the original dimensions and sense of space. CHALLENGE: The optimization of House type is the most important work of the designer. After careful consideration, the interior design avoids the drawbacks of the original building, omits all traffic area, integrates it into the interior functional space, and expands the use area.
