| DESIGN NAME: Qingcheng Creek PRIMARY FUNCTION: Real Estate INSPIRATION: A relatively independent island-shaped Qingcheng Creek Village is built on the basis of the overall architectural planning to create "a fictitious land of peace". Tourists may enter the Village through a fascinating barrier at the entrance, and peep and appreciate disparate gorgeous sceneries amidst the landscape as if they are in a "fairyland" UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The tourists would experience the process of "engagement to retreat to reengagement" in the whole space system. The spirit of fascinating mountains and rivers are embodied in the placid space, allowing people to return to nature, appreciate the true power of all the things, and enjoy their cozy holiday. The attractive semi-open architectural layout registers a blend of private and high-quality sense. The magnificent and enchanting Mount Qingcheng soft the tough lines of buildings. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Tourist are brought "back to the earth" from the "fairyland" PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in August 2019 in Chengdu and finished in July 2020 in Chengdu. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Impressed by the lightsome crane wings, you may gradually appreciate the romance and rustic delight outlined by the natural texture of stone and the vertical line of pillars. With primitive and luscious space temperament that offers relaxing feeling, the rustic luxury style is vividly portrayed. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 2000 square meters. Based on the real nature, a rural tourism town with rustic luxury style for vacation is built at the foot of Mount Qingcheng. CHALLENGE: As a cup of coffee full of mellow fragrance could make customer relax instantly, the designer similarly makes the whole space more inclusive and rhythmic through pillar designs to offer tourists volume preservation in architecture.
