RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Stakeholder interview: It was requited to understand the business goals, the target audience of the product etc. Focus group: Firstly, It was nesessery to understand the main criteria of choosing the bank and who makes that decision, company accountant or company CEO. Also, it was needed to identify problems which the target audience faced in rival banks. Other researshes: Target Audience Interview, Testing, Customer journey map, Data search in different sources, Data from Analytics etc.
CHALLENGE: The biggest challenge was to draw the design foreign payments . Working without manager, leads to getting information by own means. Cooperation with FX transactions department and the Currency control of the bank gave data on problems and optimization possibilities via banking. Due to that a part of validation was possible to place on the front and banking backend. Thus, it unloaded the back office of the bank and simplified the form of foreign payments for customers.
