| DESIGN NAME: Sunac Yipin Yantai PRIMARY FUNCTION: Villa INSPIRATION: ZN's grace design continues with the spirit of place of mountains and seas, and create connections with nature with open spaces. With the sea, mountains, rocks, and sunlight, they become the most agile elements. Internationalization and modernism style provide the perfect definition for a relaxing and free vacation lifestyle, bringing people a joyful and tranquile warm time. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As a four-story residential space, it is located on China's Bohai coastline, surrounded by mountains and seas and vegetation. It shows the ultimate elegance and comfort to the greatest extent. It made a harmonious and perfect balance between the interior and the original ecology. ZN design mentioned: "It is culture that illuminates the space correctly. The charm of art and humanity is compatible with the calmness of the natural landscape. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: 1.Refine floor plans and do layout design in a rigorous way. 2.Refine 3D models and do reasoning and verification of the space. 3.Make project on-site stakeout and consider dimension and light condition of the space 4.Order custom-made art pieces, do material selection, control details of project construction 5.Render the complete space with famous photographers.
