| DESIGN NAME: Cani Airwave PRIMARY FUNCTION: Breathable Mattress INSPIRATION: People-oriented and live with the earth as the concept, babies have been in contact with natural organic cotton fabrics since their birth. The product structure is made of breathable, safe and supportable PET thermoplastic elastomer, and 3D honeycomb pressure-relieving texture, which makes babies more comfortable. Natural and organic, people-oriented, and live with the earth are our philosophy in making baby mattresses. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The founder, who has just become a dad, immersed in the joy of being a parent, realized that it was difficult to choose baby-safe products for children with atopic dermatitis, then he followed the doctors advice and went abroad to find organic cotton. After using the product, he didnt expect to improve the childs skin condition. To protect all children with different skin types, organic cotton was introduced to Taiwan and the infant organic brand was created. This mattress is one of them. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: People-oriented-desi PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in 2015 and launched in 2015 in Taiwan. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: 1.Using European Food Law and FDA approved PP material, cani airwave mattress contains no plasticizer, formaldehyde and BPA. It is designed for babies who spit or wet its bed frequently, the mattress can be washed by hot water with 55° C~60 ° C degree and takes approximately only 3~5 hours to be thoroughly dried by sunlight. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The product is 120cm x 60cm x 5cm, and the weight is 3200g. Designed for infant spine health development, cani airwave baby mattresss pocket spring structure has more supporting capacity than the normal flat design mattress. CHALLENGE: Every season, our company sends online questionnaires for mothers childcare needs, and counts the items that the mothers in Taiwan are most concerned about when choosing bedding for newborns (such as: ventilation, washable, anti-dust mite, hot water disinfection, high temperature sun exposure) Sterilization, customized size) and based on the market survey results to create the most suitable for the baby mattress. Conduct Internet questionnaires every season, cani airwave baby mattress aims to create infant bedding product according to customers advices.
