| DESIGN NAME: Royalty PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: I combined the gothic style with the islamic style to come up with this unique design. The exterior arches and interior columns are inspired from the gothic era where the pattern are inspired from the islamic style. With little twist, all those elements worked perfectly to come up with an amazing luxuries design. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It consists of daily sitting room, main guest sitting room, luxury entrance, toilets area, and kind of exhibition dining room where is designed to be a gallery for art work such as photography, paintings, and sculpture. It also contains bedrooms that all are identical to give the house a 5 star luxury hotel. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The project is an extension of an existing residential house. The client needs extra welcoming area for the guest. That's why we come up with this spaces and design. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Project is located on Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. The current status of the project is under construction. All materials & furniture are already ordered from different factories & brands based on the specified design. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In the main sitting, the master piece which is the main photo is done by using 3d photo lenticular printing technique. It consists of King Salman photo with Crown prince MBS photo. In the main entrance, the front calligraphy frame are hand-made done by Mea'ad Alabboud. They are the 99 names of Allah. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project total area around 700 sqm. The height varies among spaces between 5.4 m to 6.5 m. TAGS: Royal, Luxury, Guest, Residential, Masculine, Gothic, Style, Details, Unique, Perfectly Done RESEARCH ABSTRACT: the research start from the styles that has been used for royal palaces on the ancient era. Then gothic style has been selected as start point. After that combined it with the islamic style. CHALLENGE: Because of our culture this space will be used for male only and it was a little bit challenging for me as a female designer to come up with fantastic design that satisfied the client immediately.
