| DESIGN NAME: Hc Kaisa PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: The design concept is relatively pure. Starting from the basic rectangular shape of the existing building, the space results presented in different ways are considered, and the fission effect, rotation, overlap, direction change and weight loss are produced according to the functional requirements, thus inducing the space composition effect. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The space has no specific intention to think about the style, and its form details are only generated based on the original design concept. The material and tone are matched with a large area of wood. It is hoped that in the demand and benefit of the commercial space, customers can feel the intimate space, and it will be easier to understand the goods professionally. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Continuing the subordination of the first-layer rectangular cooperation to the x-axis fission torsion to the spatial functionality. The fission of the y-axis of the space on the second floor is more reflected in the demand for the visual sense of highlighting the space. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The original building body optimizes the sense of space by modifying part of the beams and floor slabs, and at the same time better reflects the importance of each space.The material is relatively simple, and the project texture is more inclined to the intimate experience intention. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 1611 square meter TAGS: Sales center, Interior design, Terrazzo, wood veneer, wood floor RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Customer demand is based on the transformation of the original architectural kindergarten into a temporary product center with commercial purposes. On the basis of professional presentation of products, more scene experience should be delivered to customers, and the commercial flavor should be removed to the greatest extent. CHALLENGE: The difficulty of the project design lies in the temporary commercial rectification of the original building kindergarten, as well as the use demand of the restored kindergarten. We need to balance the commercial display and later safety of the building structure. At the same time, the project time is only 2 months. The application of materials and design methods is a challenge to us.
