| DESIGN NAME: Winner Land Mansion PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: Following the design theme, a wave-formed installation full of power and artistic sense was hanging in the center of sand table area. Natural light casts into the indoor space through large area of glass, connecting human, nature and the building closely.At the same time, the metaphorical space is a response to the local humanistic spirit. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Winner Land Mansion is a sales center of a residential property developed by Yango Group. As the first impression of the property, the design of sales center features the vision of Yango, that is where Yango is, where a dream is. The project served as sand table display, negotiation, and lounge space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In the negotiation area, white palette and the saturated color of gray created an atmosphere that is elegant, chic and comfortable. The outdoor sunlight shines on the wall and floor through the glass windows, enlivening the whole space with the different light in different time. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in April 2019 and finished in December 2019 in Tianjin, China. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In the tea tasting area, books counterbalancing the lattice wall, forming an interesting viewing effects; where the fast-paced life can become slow down and visitors can enjoy the undulations and rhythm of the space. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: While in the bar lounge, with minimal wood materials but myriad details, the designer creates the light and shadow effects of a variety of levels, so that people who walk here can't help but stop watching and experiencing the wonderful and ethereal environment. TAGS: Sale Center, Interior Design, Art, Fashion, Yango RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Entering here, everything can be beautiful and refined, returning to the original. CHALLENGE: The children's area is based on the colorful and dreamy color, where the children's innocence, individuality, and free characteristics are highlighted into the space; this is not only a playground for children, but also a paradise for everyone's soul to return.
