RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Since the old shops facing the street need privacy, and having an elegant and simple tea house is what every tea lover wants, the design of the tea room naturally focuses on the creation of artistic conception.
CHALLENGE: The project is located in the ancient city of Manjinglan, adjacent to the large commercial area of the ancient city. Before the renovation of the tea house, there were some problems, such as opacity, closure, and old buildings. After communicating with the owner and understanding and analyzing the tea room, the designer hopes to break the tradition while preserving it, so as to achieve the symbiosis of culture and architecture.
