| DESIGN NAME: Pawspal PRIMARY FUNCTION: Pet Carrier INSPIRATION: Pawspal Pet carrier Inspired by a Space shuttle luggage which represent concept of the Sci-fi ,reliability and attractiveness we designed Pawspal to stacking and easy to move two or more pets in the same time with adjustable base part which contain wheels and hauling bar and internal ventilation fan to comfortable for your pets and easy to charge it with USB C. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Pawspal was designed to help you to traveling better with your animals. It has three main functions: a fully-integrated, chargeable air ventilation system, adjoin wheels at the bottom to roll the carrying cases, and you can place another one on the top inbuilt stackability. Each crate includes an operating air ventilation system and charging for USB C cables it's enough. So while traveling you won’t have to worry about your pet overheating. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The key concept is about how to bring our many chihuahuas to the grooming shop together by yourself and spend less times to bring them into your car. So we decided to find a solution to solve this problem for the pet owners who have more than two small dogs or cats. You can bring his/her buddy to the grooming shop or anywhere easier and faster. just take them into the carrier, place another one on the top and adjoin wheels which the adjustable wheel part and magnet stacking part at the bottom to pull carriers. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in October 2020 in Pattaya and finished in November 2020 |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: PAWSPAL made from ABS plastic with injection process and assembly parts with Snap-fits joint and screw SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 328 mm x 475 mm x 360 mm 328 mm x 475 mm x 400 mm (include wheels part) TAGS: Pet Carrier, Pet Crate, Carrier, Pet Storage RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We saw many pet's owner always take her dogs to the grooming shop and pet hospital by hold them with two hands. It’s very dangerous if they fall to the ground, the owners will be absolutely lose heart. So we’ve interview the pet’s owner from grooming shop and pet hospital about their transportation problems. And they tell us that if they bring their pets into the carrier. They’ll take dogs into the car one by one. It’s spend time too much because they have many pets. So we designed Pawspal for solve these problems. CHALLENGE: The hardest part of this project is to refine and select the most suitable way to stack and bring the Pawspal pod together without too many mechanics.
