| DESIGN NAME: Sunac Center Residential Landscape PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Landscape INSPIRATION: In the future, the community landscape will be more ecological and natural, people will love outdoor activities and interpersonal communication more, and the healthy life of ecological residential area is no longer a slogan. Many developers with pursuits begin to highlight the advantages of community environmental resources and create a natural-friendly community environment. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In Shijiazhuang, the project put forward the concept of new French plus for the first time, upgrade the French style recognized by the public again, and achieve a beautiful community with temperament, warmth and interest from the humanized scale. During 1000 days, design do not pursue complicated and superfluous decoration, rely on high-quality spatial structure, real humanized design, and excellent construction quality, can still bring owners inherited luxury temperament and rich garden experience. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Design provide good accommodation for residents of all ages to meet their life needs, social needs, fitness needs and many hobbies and activities. When designers get the planned road network, firstly optimize the spatial structure of the road network to break through the gap in space and form a winding ring road system. Each house is a small world of private each building. More than 30 different houses have been designed in the project. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in August 2017 in Beijing and finished in July 2020 in Hebei. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The project advocate that integrated construction of LID and landscape is meaningful, and the landscape design guided by the concept of LID has the characteristics of Biophilic Design. both to meet people's contact with nature nearby, downstairs is a wild and natural scenery. it is not necessary to go to the suburbs to see the natural wild interests of flowers, birds, fish and insects. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Total area of this project is 230806 square meters including 201179 square meters landscape. TAGS: Landscape, Residential, LID, Garden, Biophilic RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The project attach great importance to the consideration of humanization scale. Design connect all kinds of supporting facilities in the community, such as huge leisure lawn, fountain square, children's playground, sports preheating area, through the runway, carefully set the route, and gather into the scenery along the fitness runway. When you are at the end of your daily busy work, a fitness landscape runway can see a variety of green features of the community and relax your eyes and soul. CHALLENGE: The maintenance cost of the waterscape in northern China is relatively high, but the rich waterscape experience has almost become a watershed for high-end luxury houses. The blind pursuit of large water surface will only lead to high maintenance and considerable lack of scenery in winter. Designers skillfully control the area of waterscape and still have considerable scenery after emptying in winter is an important problem solved in the project.
