| DESIGN NAME: Elegant PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: The house owners are from Hong Kong and they wish the space is integrated with cozy and modern french country style. Chiang, Chen Wei used geometry window grilles and some old furniture to evoke their simpler times in Hong Kong. Bring back great memories in using modern touch blue grey wall, wood furniture, and color paintings. Just let the cozy isn't a style but a feeling for them. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Each space needs its own look, from house owner. To prevent delivering strong sense isolation, Chiang, Chen Wei uses one filigree window in foyer and one between study room and kitchen. And though there are two big girder aside the sofa, he designs a wall storage with eight cabinet to meet house owner’s storage request. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Image what a HOME means to you? and what color it is. Doing what makes you the happiest if you can stay at home whole day. And Chiang, Chen Wei can discuss the dream place now. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The Project started in Jan 2019 and finished in June 2019. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Island wood floor,Veneer,System cabinet,Laser cutting,Shutter,Quar SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 1958 square feet TAGS: cozy, elegant, french, country, morden, filigree, wood RESEARCH ABSTRACT: House design to meet owners demand in daily life. 2 Adults with 1 dog need more penetrating interior design. Use non-formaldehyde painting in every wood made furniture to protect their healthy. And also make the kitchen space as big as possible to meet housewife’s cooking interest. CHALLENGE: Using non-formaldehyde painting is more expensive than they expect and they have no idea why Chiang Chen insist to do this so seriously. So Chiang Chen explains, in past, he used whole wood future but since Taiwan humility is high and also the termite might bite the wood, so formaldehyde is everywhere in no matter furniture but system cabinet now.
