| DESIGN NAME: Corn Design PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office Space INSPIRATION: The red sculpture comes into vision through the glass. The running stance of the sculpture also represents that every employee is eager to chase dreams. Employees can freely decorate their own office space, join in the creating process of the space, pass joy and inspiration to each other, and give birth to new thoughts. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It's a design office consisting of young teams, so the designer defines it as an open, dynamic and vivid space. As the place to communicate and to exchange thoughts, as well as the star of the office, the sharing hall is an independent box, standing there quite calm and elegant, embracing the space with open and inclusive stances. Seats in the hall are planted like staircases, and stools of various colors are set around, forming an easy and neat atmosphere. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Step 1: the preliminary planning and design of space plane; Step 2: draw the detailed space design scheme; Step 3: the owner confirms the overall design scheme; Step 4: draw construction drawings and confirm the list of building materials and furniture; Step 5: deliver the construction drawings; Step 6: supervise the construction process until it is finished. CHALLENGE: How to redefine the true form of space, and builds an office that has both nature and order, as well as distinct character, with practical office functions remained.
